First, the felt floor reviews are wrong. This thin material is worn over the sole for control purposes only. This material is non-slip. If more than 50% of the soles are fluffy/soft soles, they may be subject to import tax as slippers, not shoes. That makes a huge difference and saves companies a lot of money! Felt should be washed off... that's how it works. DO NOT BASE YOUR PURCHASE ON THESE INSIGNIFICANT REVIEWS. I wish there was a way to respond to someone's feedback and tell them why this is being done. The shoes are of excellent quality and beautiful. She hasn't worn them yet but they seem great compared to others we've ordered recently!
