Advantages: These lights have a very narrow radiation pattern. Once you aim correctly, you'll light up the road really far. In comparison, the factory high beam in my car looks like a flashlight. Lock washers must be made from cheese. As soon as I started tightening the nuts, the washers fell off. So I unclip them to check for damage. It is clear that the washer is not made of elastic metal. They were crushed instead of returning to their proper form.
