I’ve got a house full of kids running around. I don’t know how other people do it with just a rug mat. Yes the mat keeps the rug from slipping and turning crooked but in my home, I noticed the high traffic corner of my rugs was curling up from the kids hitting it with their feet. In my 3 years with this product I have had no issues. And I’ve only needed to use about half a roll. I’ve been using it only on the corners of the rug (and occasionally 10” or so along the long side of a floor runner rug). It’s kid proof and keeps me sane. The only issue is that it takes some time and patience to remove from my wood floors, it comes off in broken pieces but it comes off clean. Absolutely worth every single penny!
