Better than expected!
Ive used this for a few workouts now including barbell flat bench and squats with 200+ lbs. it holds up very well. I was hesitant with the poor reviews saying it feels unsteady but i do not see it. If you dont have good control with lowering your weights and are an aggressive re-racker than maybe but its solid especially with some weights on the back holding it in place. Great space saver and can be used for many workouts. Highly recommended 5 stars
