Inconsistent manufacturing. I purchased 2 chairs and assembled them yesterday. One chair went together with very little issue outside of a wood peg that was inserted too far by the factory. This chair was missing the felt pad on one of the feet. So 3 feet were good and one not.The second chair was difficult to assemble at first. Under the chair seat, behind the Velcro flap are 3 holes that you align with the seat back and then bolt together. A block of wood was added, presumably to cover up a defect, and it disallowed the washed from sitting down properly. This was not the case with the first chair. I had to force each washer by shoving it under the block of wood. From there assembly was easy.
