These things just make me want to stretch my shoes. Very bulky and don't reach the ankle for support. I wear them every day for a week and nothing. They reach the level of the toes just below the ankle itself as this can stabilize everything. The fabric is nice and the velcro is a decent quality, overall a good quality product, it just doesn't offer any support
