I love getting these new dental floss from time to time. Also, I can't find my other favorite dental floss. This item is considered an "irrigator," a term I'm not familiar with. I need to keep everything in one place so these parts should be lightweight. I might offer this as a gift to a family member who doesn't have either. I can't use conventional dental floss because of all the dental work. My teeth and crowns are too close together. It's pretty refreshing to do it this way. I will use some diluted mouthwash instead of regular water. I had an electric toothbrush that could be used with toothpaste and non-carbonated dental floss. So why not use diluted mint soap? Just clean this item regularly. Drain the water and rinse the tank. I like this charging cable, but it's proprietary; then don't lose it. The instructions will help you determine exactly what to do with attachments. I've used most of them, which still work very well for almost all purposes. This is good value for money. I will say that it is not expensive compared to my water floss toothbrush. Enjoy! This item will serve you for several years. We have several such things without attachments. In this life I want my teeth to be as healthy as possible. I have to get braces at 66. This work will give me space to put in more crowns.
