Pump is hard to use; More of a learning curve to get the pump to work well than I wanted. Still don’t have it down and I have had it for a long time. Leaks; Has not kept 100% of the water out of the bag anytime cooking when fully submerged. I suppose if the pump on the bag was not submerged, it would be fine, but sometimes (most of the time in my case) that is not possible with the positioning of the of bag relevant to where the suction pump is. I had to invest in a vacuum sealer and will never go back.
