I like the idea of a Reusable bag for sous vide so we are not always creating more plastic waste. However the reality is that they are difficult to clean especially if you like to use oils and spices. Ended up throwing out several at this point. I will say the vacuum function is nice and a very inexpensive alternative to the vacuum sealer’s on the market.

Pump broke after using two times.i fixed it with a new o ring in pump.And most bags leak air and wont seal.I would not buy again

This ease of use. It was my first time using sous vide and the kit came in very handy in preparing the fish. The bags were sturdy which helped clip them to the cooking vessel.Clean up after use was easy once you got the bags inside-out which was a little hard because of the bag stiffness. Our friends were showing us how to use the Sous Vide machine we purchased on ebay Prime Day. They were MOST impressed with these bags and the ease of use. You don't need anything besides a soup kettle, your Sous Vide and these bags! Best of all, the bags are reusable! Controls clutter and waste.

These bags are great for sous vide. I am just starting out and didn't want to commit to a vacuum sealing machine. They are easy to use and work well.

I am a newbie for sous vide and I am so glad that I found this pack. It includes several different sizes vacuum bags that are thick and a suction / vaccum. This truly makes sous vide easy.

Hard to seal & hard to suction, I find the bags are exceptionally hard to seal the double zipper and I found getting the exact placement of the vacuum pump to extract air wasn't any easier. I don't like using plastics that destroy the environment and I really hate throwing unused plastic away but if I've tried everything to use these bags in someway but they are just too much of a hassle to use I still strongly dislike this product.

I've used the sous-vide process now 3 times since purchase and have been impressed with the ease of use and the results. What I've liked best is the ability to take 1-1/2 inch steak out of the freezer and 3 hours later remove it from the bag, sear it and plate it.

These bags are great. Had a few issues with the vacuum sealing until I read the instructions. Lol. Makes it easy to marinate and cook with my Sous vide.

Two sizes of bags with vacume seal. The bags and vacume pump work as presented. The vacume pump removed all air from bag to maximise cooking time and freshness. After cooking and removing steaks I reversed bag totally to clean with soap and water and let our to dry. reusable like a new bag. The steaks were perfect medium cook. Steaks retain so much of its jouices. cooking to perfection.

My husband learned how to sous vide and our steaks now come out perfect! More then perfect because these bags pack in all the moisture and flavors. These bags are easy to use and easy to clean. I would definitely buy these again.

Having used these bags several times with my new Joule, I do like having reusable bags for my sous vide cooking needs. That being said, I do wish the larger bags were wider in size and a bit bigger. I hardly use the smaller bags. I tried using the white clips to help seal the bags but didn't find these white clips all that effective in doing that. Instead I used my fingers and manually pressed to make sure the bags were sealed. Most of the time the vacuum pump worked to pull air out of the bag,

Simple, good-priced sealer for home sous vide cook use. However, it is quite hard to use again(I mean, the cleaning) compare to expectation/advertised.

it's good but it doesn't hold the succion very long. So now, since the bags are good, I do not use the pump, I just put the stuff in the freezer because few days later the air is back in the bag. Could be good. but! There are some things to be thought off more to make it a super good reliable item. After a couple of washes the impact point looses air.I also used the one with batteries. forget it! 6 months later it died and can't find the company to get my money back.

We had a difficult time getting the pump to work. It seems like a great idea, but not easy to consistently get it to work. Sometimes we got it lined up right and it seemed relatively easy. The next time, we couldn't keep the pump lined up with the hole as we pulled the handle to actually pull air out of the bag. My son in law asked for this sous vide "kit" for Christmas. I have no clue how it works but he researches everything and this was at the top of his list. He will be excited when he opens it Christmas morning.

Excellent product had some issues after a long time still the owner replaced free of cost . The best product in the market . Will buy again

These bags are not reusable. They are good for pulling a vacuum and getting all of the air out. However, do not expect to use them a second time. I tried to wash it but it still smell like the pork that I cooked in it and it still feels greasy. I even washed them a second time but still smells. Only good for single use
