Two sizes of bags with vacume seal. The bags and vacume pump work as presented. The vacume pump removed all air from bag to maximise cooking time and freshness. After cooking and removing steaks I reversed bag totally to clean with soap and water and let our to dry. reusable like a new bag. The steaks were perfect medium cook. Steaks retain so much of its jouices. cooking to perfection.
- Can be used for dry goods storage as well
- The bags may be too stiff or inflexible, making it difficult to fit larger items inside
