Review on Intel Core i5-8600K Unlocked 6-Core Desktop Processor | Up to 4.3GHz | LGA 1151 300 Series | 95W Power by Trang Bach ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Full compliance with the manufacturer's assurances, high quality.

i5-8600 (without K) The motherboard burned out, so I decided to upgrade the entire platform. I bought this processor as completely similar to the K-version, but without overclocking, since overclocking is no longer of interest to me. I took it at a good price (14000 r), so not 8400. 6 cores do their job - according to tests, the processor is just fire. Although in everyday use and in games, the difference with the i5-6600K is not noticeable at all. I got it quite hot - in stress tests it sometimes warms up to 65 (the cooler is quite! Shadow Rock 2). On a long run, it sometimes resets the boost rate to 3800, but mostly works at 4100. However, I noticed a strange thing - with this process, GTA V began to slow down. If you disable 2 cores through the task manager, then the game works very fast again. I don't know what it could be related to

With its pros. Inexpensive processor. Nimble. Cold. 6 cores. Similar to i7-7700. Cons below: There are almost none for this price. Pretty expensive motherboards, but it's temporary. I think by the first quarter of 1-2 quarter of 2022 this situation will change.

With its pros. For the price, it's simply excellent. High performance, no heat. Its cons: Overclocking won't work. New socket, motherboards for it are expensive, but it's worth it =)
