It stopped working once the return period expired. It looks like Sandisk is using cheap components for an expensive product. I can see that the pins in the SD card slot are misaligned and I can't open it to fix it without significantly damaging the glued case. The magnetic stand is a bad joke that should never have come with an expensive card reader; it just doesn't work in many ways. The stand doesn't hold it securely upright, nor does it allow you to insert or remove a card. The cable is too stiff for the stand; The Micro SD slot is in a very awkward position when it's on the stand. I thought Sandisk made quality products but after purchasing I'm not sure. I guess Sandisk will be interested in getting people to use their memory cards by making a decent read adapter. Once again, marketing has trumped engineering, and bean counters have relegated the product to junk status. The cable has an odd proprietary reader connector that's bulky and clunky and gets in the way of the stand.
