Great in the fryer or in the oven!

I needed a deep pan for my Cuisinart deep fryer. I use it for everything, especially in the summer when it's too hot to turn on the stove. I've baked quiche, salmon, and even brownies in these pans. I like you very much. There is no burnt crust and cleans to a high gloss, does not warp. I love her!
