The customer support is great, they are very responsive and always willing to help. I have no complaints about the software at all. I think everything works as it should. Sometimes there could be some confusion with the patient files because sometimes you might need to open multiple tabs or windows in order to view different parts of the data. I would recommend this program if you are looking for a good trial management system. It's easy to use and has many helpful features. You can easily keep track of every aspect of your study including participant recruitment, eligibility, consenting, enrollment, etc. This helps me to run my studies efficiently.
