I had to put the HappyRain umbrella through the wind and rain of San Francisco before deciding in this test. Considering the many umbrella corpses that have come before, I have to say I'm impressed with how well this compact umbrella has performed. Functionally, it's impressive. Aesthetically, the banana-yellow cover around the all-black HappyRain took away my goth look. No sleeves either? Jokes and seriousness aside. For the overall cost, this is a fantastic umbrella. I am happy with my HappyRain.
