Does the job and is fairly easy to install. The quality is pretty cheap and not fully compatible with my car (2006 E350). Has a beveled outer edge to better see the left blind spot. Note that this mirror has a slight negative magnification overall, as does the passenger mirror (right). The side makes objects in the mirror closer than they appear, while the driver's side (left) is usually 1:1. This took some getting used to, but it's actually nice to have a wider view than a standard mirror. The heater/defrost connector was a different connector type, so I can no longer use that feature. The mounting brackets were much thinner than the OEM brackets and the plastic on the back is thin too. I had a hard time inserting one of the clamps because the plastic was very brittle. I give it 4 stars for the low price. If only it were more valuable than lower stars. Again, it gets the job done and looks good.
