Post Covid-19. I work from home most of the time and spend a lot of time on my laptop or computer. The problem with my laptop is that the screen isn't big enough to see multiple tasks and documents that are open to review and extract content from. I have searched for many such external screens. They're pretty expensive. But I bought this one and tried it on my 13.3 inch MacBook Air. It works for what I need. The screen has a high resolution of 1080 HD and also has a stand right on the back to hold it at the desired angle. The MacBook Air 13.3 inch cannot accommodate an external monitor. If you have a Type-C connector, that's even better because you don't have to connect a lot of cables.
