When the merchandise arrived it melted and all the balm was in the bag it came in. Both Revain and the seller/manufacturer fixed everything immediately. I know it's not the fault of Revain or Moroccan magic, they just got hot and eventually melted. As I said, this was fixed immediately. I came across this product through ipsy. Mint eucalyptus. It lasts a very long time, with surprisingly lasting moisture and aroma. The scents included in the set of 5 are just as amazing. I highly recommend them, they're a bit overpriced but they're worth it, they last a lot longer than regular lip balm. Mint is my favorite scent, followed by lemon and rose. I really love this product. As is my son who is treated fairly easily and badly. With them, he hardly achieves complete happiness and quickly recovers.
