poor quality for kitchen and dining room
I do not recommend this water carafe. The one I received had the glass warped (dented) on the bottom third and also warped on the top third. As a result, I couldn't remove the lid without considering that the carafe would break. And for those who want to keep air out of liquid (water), this is not your product. While the gasket keeps the lid tight, the lid itself has permanent holes so the liquid is always exposed to the air.
