LOVE the size of these spikes and love that there are 40 of them even more since I went through 3 on day one. They kept falling out and getting lost on my clothes/couch/rug/cats etc. BUT! I've got a solution! I have a couple of earrings and most of them have small clear studs on the back. Well all I did was cut out one of them and place it on the inside edge of the nose ring! Yes, getting in was a hassle, but now I wear the same bobby pin day and night, have showered and worked out a few times, even swum, and this lovely little gem has stayed in place.
