The product was great. The seller was terrible.
My mother tried them on immediately. They didn't fit, she didn't even walk on them. We put it back in the box and I shipped it 2 days later. After 2 weeks I was told there would be no refund as the shoes were worn out. I called, they emailed a photo of some shoes which couldn't be the same ones I returned. And explains that we can send them back to you. Why do we need shoes that don't fit anyone? Beware of Pelzers
