A Disappointing Online Store with Horrible Customer Service, That's What Byhoo Is.

As a life counselor, I place a high value on businesses that place a primary emphasis on the satisfaction of their clients; however, Byhoo is not one of those businesses. The overall purchasing experience is lacking in many ways, despite the fact that they may have a large selection of toys, games, and accessories available to choose from. To begin, their website is not at all designed in a way that is user-friendly. The process of navigating through their products can be extremely aggravating, and it is significantly more challenging than it ought to be to locate the item that you require. To make matters even worse, their prices are not nearly as competitive as they advertise, which makes the purchasing experience, which was already lacking in excitement, even more disheartening. In terms of providing support to customers, they are among the worst in the business. Because the representatives are both unhelpful and unresponsive, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to find a solution to any problems or concerns that may emerge. The shipment is unreliable, and as a result, packages frequently arrive broken or without their contents. In general, Byhoo does not provide a trustworthy environment for online purchasing, and I would not suggest using it to anyone. Avoid doing business with this company because they have terrible customer service, a website that is difficult to navigate, and prices that are not competitive. Byhoo does not live up to the expectations that I set for my clients as a life guide when it comes to the importance of their time and money.
