So if you're ordering this I recommend ordering another layer if that's new to you too. I recommend goose (or mostly goose, some feather) down or wool pillows for comfort, although buckwheat and other grains are becoming increasingly interesting. Options that I think are worth trying too! I use goose and my friend uses buckwheat.
