Overall, a fantastic bag for use in the city. On the other hand, the female version can come in a different color, like gray for instance. Everyone I know, both my close friends and casual acquaintances, noticed this right away. Overall, it's a very attractive and functional bag to carry your belongings in. The benefits of it include: I really appreciated that the purchase was delivered to me on the same day that it was placed in our city where I live. Wide shoulder straps that are covered in a cushioned and padded material provide a comfortable fit across the back and shoulders, and the pack does not scrape against the wearer's clothing in any way. A convenient mesh pocket that can hold a half-liter water bottle is included, and it has an elastic band that secures it in place along the top edge. The contour of the backpack is maintained effectively, and it appears to be a flat bag. I don't think I've ever carried a laptop in it; instead, I use it to carry books and notes. The inside pockets are really deep, so until you find what you're looking for, you can end up sweating. I'm looking for an interior pocket that's just wide enough for a cell phone. And if you want to avoid having to constantly climb into a large compartment, you could have one more little outer pocket with a zipper for something like a trip card. The key clip that is located in the exterior pocket is of decent quality, but the one that came with my set could have used a little more reinforcement (although I have since replaced it myself, and it works just fine).
