I have an upset stomach good for 5-HTP

I have ordered many Bulk Supplements products and I love them all. Next. I've also taken other 5-HTPs with no problems. I take my amino acids sublingually and let them dissolve (unless they taste really bad to me like NALT, in which case I dissolve them in a glass of water and swallow them). That). The taste wasn't very good, but it wasn't bad either. Unfortunately, this 5-HTP upset my stomach. I take most amino acids about 15 minutes before meals. When that didn't work, I tried right before a meal, right after a meal, and in the middle of a meal. I've even tried taking them with a few different digestive enzymes. My stomach still rebelled every time. I occasionally use 5-HTP to supplement my pharmaceutical serotonin-boosting antidepressants, as medication alone doesn't always fully prepare me to take on the world. Unfortunately, I've never been able to keep my stomach happy, so I'll try another 5-HTP. However, remember that the effectiveness of each one depends on the amino acids. Results can vary greatly from person to person. This powder might suit you. I'm posting this for other people who always read 1 star reviews to let them know what COULD happen.
