so I was worried about the reviews and people having problems. I don't care about software. I don't need it as I have my own personal code that I make to get onto the hard drives. But one point of criticism. Have a hard drive bracket (e.g. thin plastic that can be inserted into the toaster portion for older hard drives, SSDs, etc.). Since the discs were tilted, the disc almost got lost just because it was awkwardly tilted and it looked like your head was about to hit the disc. Place the deck of cards between the hard drive and the empty space of the toaster. Should honestly be built better
