I really liked this cap at first but after 3 months it won't stay on my head unless I stand upright and still most of the time. I wear hats every day to keep my hair out of my face and mouth, which seemed reasonable during a thriving pandemic, so my consumption may be above average. When I do push-ups or sneeze, they slip off my head easily. . Sometimes it turned into the softest riot control projectile. I've tried putting on full-size headphones to keep them in place, but what used to be a mild and mild inconvenience has become a recurring chronic injury to my musical bliss. I'm pretty sure my head volume hasn't changed, but I'll confess that I've never measured my skull circumference or done recent dexa scans to see if I have less subcutaneous skull fat than I used to. I agree with the previous reviewer that the ear cover is not perfect but very soft.
