Review on πŸ”¦ Hunter Pro's 52" Indoor Ceiling Fan with LED Light and Pull Chain Control - New Bronze Finish by Anthony Woolley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Totally silent ceiling fans

The perfect ceiling fan, except you have to pay $45 for an additional (universal) remote control. But the Hunter remote works great even if you have multiple Hunter fans using the remotes. The only thing I want to change on the fan is the reverse switch. The big, beautiful glass cover on this fan is great for blocking out glare, but it makes it very difficult to get to the reversing switch without simply removing the glass cover, meaning you almost never have to do the LED bulb. And unfortunately there is another difficulty with this light protection coating. the threads of the screw holding the cover *barely* protrude through the hole in the glass. It's actually a lot harder than I've ever experienced to position the jar lid properly so that enough threads stick out to screw the cap on properly. I don't see that as a major disadvantage. Just because I was in a wheelchair at the time meant I had serious problems with it. If you or someone you know can stand and stretch your arms vertically, you will be fine. But Hunter could have made it a little easier.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Waiting too long
