Pretty good quality four monitor stand. The base has a lot of weight to remain solid, but at the same time you have to be careful not to put any pressure on it from behind as it tends to be heavy at the top and front (even with large monitors underneath). - clearly wouldn't recommend putting a smaller size on the bottom and a larger size on top). It wobbles and falls when pushed from behind, and it requires some movement of the monitors to evenly distribute the weight. It would be nice if the bottom stand at least had a lid so you could convert it into a dual monitor stand (if/when needed), but my only other complaint is the lack of proper padding on the bottom (and the Ease that this stand can "tip over" caused the hard metal to scratch my desk - not much, but that's probably because I added some rubber feet/pads to the bottom myself (which still wasn't enough ). The bottom only comes with a very thin gasket and only partially off. That's really my only complaint about this stand, other than that I'm happy with it.
