Easy to put together, I did it myself - monitors and everything else in less than 30 minutes. Getting the monitors in the right position isn't too bad, but you really have to keep your center of gravity in mind and not stretch your arms out too much. I recommend placing the monitors as close to the base as possible. Once you're sure you know where you need the stand, you can drill a few holes in the base and screw it to the table. I got it working in the end but when I got it it was a real mess. The first order I received had a broken stand. The welds blocked one of the three screws holding the rack to the base, so I had to wait for a replacement, which took another three days. My excitement quickly ended.
