Problem after problem in Monitor Arms

I got it working in the end but when I got it it was a real mess. The first order I received had a broken stand. The welds blocked one of the three screws holding the rack to the base, so I had to wait for a replacement, which took another three days. My excitement quickly ended. They claim they can carry a fairly heavy monitor but that won't hold up my 15lb monitors, they kept sagging. I removed the hinges from my old Wali double stand and they worked great. But now I have a useless dual monitor stand thanks to this 4 monitor stand. A bit of a compromise, but I need 4 monitors at the moment, not 6. One hand sure doesn't fit this stand properly. I tighten the big screw and the lever still swings up and down on a plastic block that the metal tightens around. The upper arm holding my 32 inch monitor seems fine. Finally, the hinge on my bottom right monitor is loose. My monitor shakes a lot more than others. If anyone needs pictures or videos of my ailments, I am available to take them and post them if necessary. Overall, this stand can do its job, but not very well. If you can't afford any other and think this is your best choice, try it. I know this stand works as a stand but the quality on it is not very good. Maybe those are the only two I have. I've been using this quad monitor stand for two months now. I love my monitors and would buy this stand again if I had to. I could find another comparable brand, I would try them, or try both side by side. I'm giving this two stars because it still works as a 4 monitor stand, but a monitor arm that wobbles drives me crazy otherwise I would give it a three problem with this stand. than what I stated. The whole stand doesn't wobble, and I have a strap that wraps around the stand as a backup in case it tilts. I've never had this stand almost tip over and I can shake my desk like crazy. The stand supports my monitors. I just don't like it when I have to move monitors.
