I have had TMJ for over 20 years. I've gone through several expensive custom made soft mouthguards as well as 2 hard mouthguards. I've also tried a few over-the-counter mouth guards that can be soaked in hot water blah blah blah. you get the picture Anyway, I figured why not try that, I've tried everything else. They are amazing! I love her and highly recommend her. I've been using this product for about 4-5 weeks. I still have the first one and it shows no signs of wear. They appear small but fit perfectly in your mouth. I put them on about 10 minutes before bed, the warmth of your mouth softens them and you don't feel them after a few minutes. .I like that it's small, I carry a spare in my purse and one in my travel bag. For the price of 10 guards per pack, you can't go wrong.
