As a very sensitive person I was not willing to pay $200 for a mouthguard at my dentist. As I explained to them, I would probably wake up in the middle of the night and throw it across the room! So it's just not an option. A little research led me to this little device. When you put it in your mouth for the first time you'll be a bit hesitant lol but you'll find it stays in place with a little pressure between your teeth. I seriously wonder why they even work for some people. I was expecting at least plastic with little structure but they are made of really brittle gel like plastic. This makes it difficult for me to keep my teeth in general. It's not bulky, which is a plus, but I had to bite down on it to keep it in place.
