Much more practical than bulky shapes to match the look. I used to wake up with migraines and the dentist would always tell me to stop grinding my teeth. My ex girlfriend woke me up in the middle of the night because I seemed to be grinding and grinding my teeth very loudly. That's when I decided to try these out. The headache is gone! The dentist stopped complaining about the teeth grinding. Definitely recommend these! Absolutely worth the money. Even better, they're disposable.
