I have tried many night guards in the past, three of which were molded by a dentist. slept, and when I had a sinus infection, it was almost impossible to breathe it in. When you use them, they are much more comfortable because they don't take up much space in your mouth. So if your nose is stuffed up, you can still breathe with it. Trust me when I say this, they are really good. The material is like rubber, the ones I got from the dentist were either too thick or too hard which could be worse for my teeth than using nothing at all! When I wake up from them I have no pain in my mouth except for the first week.
