Review on 😁 Plackers Grind No More Dental Night Guard: Fight Teeth Grinding with 16-Count Solution by Tina Brown

Am I missing something?

I seriously wonder why they even work for some people. I was expecting at least plastic with little structure but they are made of really brittle gel like plastic. This makes it difficult for me to keep my teeth in general. It's not bulky, which is a plus, but I had to bite down on it to keep it in place. Not only that, but when I bit down on a tooth too hard, it actually slipped out of my teeth (which is counterintuitive since I made them help with the clenching problem). That's the only guard that fell out of my mouth in the middle of the night; I had to look for it all over my bed in the morning. I tried putting them on my bottom teeth but they were rubbing against my gums which is definitely not what I want as I already have a receding gum line due to my clenching issue. It really baffles me how they stay in someone's mouth. This is a product I would really like to get a full refund for, but I'm not sure I can even do it. As for the previous positive reviews, I'm at a loss as to why they even help and not strain your jaw. I have no idea why they even work for anyone. Maybe it depends a lot on the shape of your teeth and mouth?
