Tl:dr used for air intake, helped a lot And here's what I did, I know it's for headers but mine shouldn't be wrapped, so i decided to wrap around the metal air intake. I figured if this thing is meant to hold heat and prevent it from spreading, then why wouldn't it work for my intake? I wrapped the air intake and it really helps! And if there was heat in the tube, the cold air would get rid of it in a second, and then bring only cold air. I'm really glad it worked and it actually looks pretty cool to me :)
