Setting up the camera was very easy. Just make sure you follow the instructions as they are written and in the order in which they are written. At first I tried it my way and found it difficult, but after reading the instructions everything was easy. The picture quality was very clear. The delay was about 10 seconds. The night vision was also very good. I could see everything very clearly. Great camera!
