The ability to have multiple people managing one portal from different locations is so useful for me personally as I travel often but still want my team in North Carolina at all times! Having access via mobile app has also been crucial during this time of social distancing/quarantine - no more leaving work early just because it's easier than catching an additional ride home or driving myself out there again later!! We've had some growing pains along our journey using their platform (ease) however they are working through those issues now that we're onboarded into implementing features like multi user administration control panel etcetera).
I love that it is easy to use for my small congregation of about 100 people! It has been very helpful in keeping track of all our donations from multiple sources (including those who give through credit cards). The interface could be more intuitive - but they are working hard at improving this feature so we can get better feedback as soon as possible when their new version comes out later next year!! We have had no problems using Ezekial since its launch late last summer/early fall 2016 until now.
