I've been using this system for over 2 year and not many have trouble. It makes my life easier as a scheduler. Sometimes the system is slow and sometimes i even had an error. But the customer service will help you solve all the issues and give you some troubleshooting tips. I highly recommanded to all. All is great. The best thing about PCS is that they are affordable, trustworthy advisers who assist me in keeping my business operational on time & within budget by using project management software like MS Project. It does not work too well for simple projects where you can manage it yourself or with no help at all. Sometimes I have to pay additional costs of doing tasks which could've been done manually. I like that it has all of my work schedules in one place, which is very helpful when I am trying to prioritize projects. It's quick and easy to add/tear down tasks, and that saves me time from having to do that manually once or twice during the day. I like that it can be used as a task management tool, but also functions as an expense tracking system. The program is very intuitive to use once you get the hang of it, but there are some features that need work. It would be great if there was a way to track multiple projects at once. It's easy to use, it has all of my data in one place so I don't have to search for information that is already there! The interface could be more intuitive but other than that this system does what we need perfectly well! Very simple process flow management with very little effort required from users/managers - great tool if you're looking at creating an efficient workflow structure within your organisation or department.
