I like that it has all of my work schedules in one place, which is very helpful when I am trying to prioritize projects. It's quick and easy to add/tear down tasks, and that saves me time from having to do that manually once or twice during the day. The interface could be more user friendly for customers who are not always computer savvy. For me personally, it takes some time to get used to how everything works, but once you figure out what you need to click on, it is very easy to use. I can easily see all of my scheduled hours, as well as my available hours. I also love that I don't have to keep track of my hours separately from my billing statements - they both go into the same system! This software makes it really easy for me to stay organized and make sure I don't miss anything.
