I love that it has everything you need for your organization in one place! It's easy enough so everyone can use without having too many questions asked about what they're doing wrong with other platforms out there (like Stripe). I like that it's easy for people who aren't used with online fundraising tools but want something simple as well! It takes some getting use too (they have an amazing tutorial series). They give you training when they first hire someone new so there isn’t much of anything left after using push pay in your own way once or twice :D Their customer service has been awesome since day 1!! I like that you can give straight from your bank account or credit card without needing an additional app/device of yours! Giving has never been easier for our church community! We have people who don't want smartphones so this solves some issues with them too but also gives us options in locations where we are unable use wifi such as out at picnics (especially if it's just 1 user). I love that push pay allows us as an organization to collect information about our donors without asking them for it or having any sort of third party involved in this process! We would prefer if they were able to see who was donating, but we understand why not. So far nothing negative! I like that they are able to process credit cards as well debit which makes it easier for our church so we can take donations online without having cash in hand! It would be nice if there was an option of being charged monthly instead of yearly but otherwise this has been easy for us to use with little training needed from staff members.
