Excellent program for individuals or churches/denominations

It's easy to navigate through all areas such as scheduling/events etc.- it allows multiple users to edit at different times which makes things much easier when doing several activities simultaneously! I wish there was better integration between programs (i.e., allowing attendance from other apps) but this isn't really an issue since i rarely use them together anyway.) The ease by which we can access our schedule via both online or offline methods is great because sometimes life just gets hectic

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great product for church management

The customer service from touchpoint has been amazing! They are always willing to answer any questions I have about how their software works or what features they can add/change. Their staff seems very knowledgeable as well so it makes me feel like my concerns will be addressed quickly. There isn't anything specific right now but if there was something i would say maybe make some improvements when adding new members into your database (if using an external API). TouchPoint Church Management Software - Easy to Use for Small Congregation

I love how easy it was setup up at our small local congregation (around 150 people). It's very user friendly but there are some features we didn't use because they weren’t available yet like creating new ministries or using an address book feature which would be great! Just make sure your computer meets all requirements/specs before purchasing this product!! Very simple software set ups process - no issues found so far as everyone has been able learn quickly what their needed without any issue…

Great for churches with multiple locations

The ease of use! It's so easy to navigate through this software platform. I love being able to upload all my documents from Word or Excel into one place (and it auto imports). One thing we loved about our previous system was how simple and straightforward everything was. This new version has really improved upon that. Very User Friendly, Convenient to Use and Overall Fantastic Tool

I really like how easy it was setting up my website! It only took me about 10 minutes or so (with some help from our web developer). The customer service has been great too - they have always responded promptly when we've had questions/concerns over any issues related directly backt o their product line etc.. Great Tool to Help with Communication

The ease at which I can communicate between my staff members via email or text! It's simple enough where no one has any problem learning how it works but also allows me as an admin so much flexibility when needed without having too many people involved - great idea if your small organization doesn't have anyone who knows what they are doing behind this software!!
