The customer service from touchpoint has been amazing! They are always willing to answer any questions I have about how their software works or what features they can add/change. Their staff seems very knowledgeable as well so it makes me feel like my concerns will be addressed quickly. There isn't anything specific right now but if there was something i would say maybe make some improvements when adding new members into your database (if using an external API). If used correctly this program could really help out at large scale ministries such as ours where we need to keep track of hundreds of people's information easily and accurately. It also allows us to manage our volunteers much easier than before which means less time spent doing manual data entry.
