The best thing about PCS is that they are affordable, trustworthy advisers who assist me in keeping my business operational on time & within budget by using project management software like MS Project. It does not work too well for simple projects where you can manage it yourself or with no help at all. Sometimes I have to pay additional costs of doing tasks which could've been done manually. If your business has many complex activities / sub-projects, with limited employees, then use this tool because you're going to spend way more money than they will give back in return if your project gets delayed than expected. We solved our Project Management issue by increasing visibility into project deliverables and managing them as a whole in order to ensure timely completion. I like that this software is easy to use, it has many features which can be used for different types of projects. It's also very affordable. Nothing in particular but if you are looking for an all-in-one solution then this might not be your best choice. This is great software when you have multiple project managers or need to manage several teams at once. We're able to complete tasks with ease using this program as well as communicate effectively between departments.
