Overall a great phone. It's very similar to other Uniden phones I've owned for the past 4 years. I bought this for the store because sometimes it stays in the garden. My main complaint is that the ringer isn't loud enough to hear when I have devices running and it doesn't have a headphone jack. Other Uniden phones I have and have. Second, the belt clip could be a little tighter and have a longer tongue. Fell off once or twice. Seems made to last.
