This ball has helped my team improve their possession. After 3 months of constant use (3 times a week) of shooting, passing, dribbling and rebound practice, I've found that many of my 10-16 year old players are shooting from lower lies on the ground with much less trouble. This ball also increased my boys ball speed and their ability to make powerful passes from long range. My big boys also hit the ball with a lot more power. Thanks to this ball, many of my 10 year olds are now shooting from the free throw line without jumping. A NOTICE. It won't increase your throw percentage or accuracy, so don't expect it.
