This is my second pair of Carters water boots. Also, it's okay if they get wet! They dry out and are fairly easy to clean. Since the upper is fabric, if it gets REALLY wet you'll have to wait for it to dry completely, which will take time. They dry much faster in the sun than in an air vent. :) When my daughter is not in the water, she wears these shoes too. They're cute, not slippery at all, and on days it's rained before, the rubber wrap around the foot keeps their feet drier than regular sneakers. She can put them on and take them off. also with you.
