I received the SC 165 USB-C back in April 2021 and mainly use it for Zoom calls and other web calls while working in the office. The quality of the microphone of the headset microphone is very clear from the recording I made myself and the comments received. However, after about two months of using the device (June), I started encountering random static audio during calls. It's audible when I'm using the headset and I've been told that no one else on the call hears noise. Sometimes the noise is very brief, maybe a second or less, but other times it is accompanied by a delay that prevents any sound from being heard for a few seconds. Definitely a show stop if you're in the middle of a business meeting. I installed the EPOS Connect app and updated the drivers, but there was no improvement or change in performance. I also checked and updated the drivers for my audio drivers. I am using WIN 10 PRO with Realtek(R) audio driver. I will soon buy another headset.
