I ordered this because of the USBc function. I hear the caller's call and they hear me, but I don't hear them. We've tried everything imaginable.

Overall the construction is solid and they sit reasonably well on the head, but there are a few issues: the sound isn't very good, it's thin and metallic. I really like this set. Works with the Galaxy S21+. The clarity is amazing, and the volume and music controls come in handy when biking or skiing. I use it for calls and music all day. I was so glad I found it. I've never been disappointed with a Sennheiser headset and this one is no exception. The volume control can accept any 3.5mm plug to adapt to any jack.
